Root Removal
Time and again if a drainage pipe is underneath a large tree or hedge the roots have a way of infiltrating the pipework through the smallest of gaps, this can then lead to blockages and leave long time damage to the drain pipes. Also tree roots will grow towards water sources which is called hydrotropism thriving in damp conditions which would be why they are found in drains. In the picture is a bundle of roots that we removed with high water pressure jetting equipment and then sealed the pipe with a resin patch, the best way of keeping the pipes clear of roots is by getting a professional to remove them or don’t grow the tree above the pipes!!
