Shaun was excellent in sorting our drain issue, our downstairs toilet wasn’t flushing properly so he came out to investigate. With the camera, he found we had a collapsed pipe under our driveway that would need repairing. Shaun explained everything in detail and set out costs, options and possible scenarios clearly beforehand. At no point did he try to add on anything unnecessary and provided very honest advice when asked. He returned at the agreed date and worked very hard on the day to repair the pipe which became more complicated than initially expected due to the odd interesting building methods used when our house was built. Even with the added complication, Shaun still got the job finished the same day and did not change the price. Cannot recommend him highly enough, great bloke who will work hard, to the highest standard and will price the job fairly.

I called Shaun Bartlett late Saturday night and he was here first thing Sunday morning, 7.45am, he was polite, easy to converse with and very professional in the way he went about unblocking my drains, he stayed to make sure everything was working as normal, he cleaned up any mess that was made, I would not hesitate in recommending Shaun, top fella doing a top job.
