If you have a leak and want to shut the water supply off completely. We strongly recommended to find where the stop tap is. Often they can be found underneath a sink. somewhere in the property. Otherwise you’ll have to shut it off from the mains.

If you like you could fill in a consent form. This will negate all the stress completely as we’ll then be dealing directly with the insurer on your behalf. We’ll inform the insurer of our findings and a proposal will be made on how to remedy the situation. Once we’ve reached an agreement with the insurer we’ll then act swiftly to correct your issue.
